I work with a guy named Joe and this week he told me about a pie that his daughter had made over the weekend. The recipe came from the SF Chronicle called "sweet corn pie with blueberries." I was intrigued - I had never heard of a pie made from corn. I immediately asked for photos.
From the photos, this pie looks pretty incredible - so artsy! The only downside appears to be the calories per serving (half & half and cream play a very large role in this recipe). Joe said that it didn't really taste like corn.
