not-so-mellow jello...

Today is the end of a 3 day workweek (why aren't they all like this)!  I will leave you with an item of food I photographed last weekend at Wal-Mart.  I was there looking for bananagrams in Ashland (more on that later) - and it turns out that Wal-Mart doesn't sell bananagrams.  However, on the way out of the store, this particular item in the refrigerator case caught my eye.

What do you think it is?  Some sort of creamy jello mold?  I should have bought it to taste it.  Don't get me wrong - I love jello with a little cool whip, but that just looks unappetizing!
