Timpano Time

A few weeks ago my friend (and adventurous chef) Kevin invited over friends for timpano, a feast in a single dish.  It is a pasta dish with all sorts of meat, hard boiled eggs, and sauce - wrapped in pizza dough and baked in a dutch oven.  Unfortunately I was out of town for work, but my hubby snapped this picture of his slice.

Kevin also took a video of the first slice cut.  Pretty intense!  Wish I could have been there to sample this culinary masterpiece.
